Lead ex vivo immunogenicity assays (ELISpot, ICS, flow cytometry, T/B cell assays), ensuring GLP compliance in design and execution.• Develop, optimize, and validate in vitro assays (96/384 formats) for NCE screening using various readouts (absorbance, fluorescence, FP, TR-FRET, HTRF, chemiluminescence), including 3D cell cultures and organoids for translational studies.• Conduct MoA assays for Oncology/IO and PROTAC screening (degradation, Nano-BRET, ternary complex formation).• Skilled in using JESS, Novocyte/flow cytometers, Envision, and plate readers.• Ensure GLP compliance in all study phases, including protocol development, data collection, and final reporting.• Review protocols, approve reports, and serve as the primary scientific contact for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.• Ensure proper archiving and documentation of study-related materials (data, samples, reports) post-study.• Maintain current knowledge of GLP, immunogenicity guidelines and emerging biochemical and immunology techniques through regular training, literature review, and professional development.
