ABOUT NAMRATA CHATTERJEE

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of HR at ICFAI Business School (IBS) Hyderabad. I am also certified in HR analytics from IIM Rohtak. I have received the India Education Award 2019 organised by Blindwink, in the category of“Outstanding teaching excellence in management studies in Hyderabad\", presented by Soha Ali Khan. I have two \"best paper award\" at the Conferences hosted by MDI Murshidabad and Rajagiri Institute of Management respectively in the area of HR & OB track. I hold PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad in 2016. I have also worked as a Project Fellow under an UGC sponsored project from IIT- ISM, Dhanbad in entrepreneurship development of micro- enterprises. My PhD thesis is on “Critical factors of entrepreneurial success: A study of micro-enterprises in Jharkhand region”. I have a multidisciplinary research interest in the areas of entrepreneurial studies, HR Analytics, contemporary HR practices, human computer interaction etc. My teaching areas are Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Technology in HRM, Leadership and Change Management, Principles of Management, Career Management, Human Values and Business Ethics across BBA, MBA and PhD programs. I have research articles published in Scopus listed, ABDC ranked and Web of Science indexed journals of Sage, Emerald, Inderscience and others. I have contributed in introducing a new course \"Technology in HRM\" at the BBA level. I have conducted academic workshop on “Scale Development and Validation” and \" Basics of Qualitative Research Methods using NVivo software\" at IBS, Hyderabad. I am engaged in taking MDP sessions for managers from reputed organisations. I have been participating in international conferences. I am a guest reviewer for Scopus and ABDC listed journals of repute.I am into continuous research, teaching, mentoring and guiding students in various fronts.
