ABOUT NADJA BERSECK

Hi, I\'m Nadja. As a passionate futurist, strategist and innovator with a strong focus on sustainability transformation, I have been shaping desirable futures, strategies and business models for over a decade. My professional career has taken me through various facets of strategy and transformation consulting, from DAX30 companies to medium-sized businesses to comprehensive consulting projects in the public sector. These diverse experiences have given me a profound understanding of how to successfully implement and develop innovative approaches in a wide variety of organizational structures. I also contribute my knowledge as a lecturer, facilitator and coach, having offered numerous seminars and training courses in areas such as design thinking, business model innovation and urban design. Guided by a future-oriented pragmatism, I create spaces for cooperation and participation at eye level During my time at Deutsche Bahn in Group Strategy, I led strategic sustainability initiatives and the foresight team. These activities gave me valuable insights into the strategic challenges of large corporations and shaped my ability to manage sustainable change in complex organizations. In addition to my professional activities, I am an urban activist: I am a member of the urban think tank Paper Planes e.V, a former member of the park council of Görlitzer Park and run the Panther Ray culture raft as part of a collective. These activities reflect my passion for liveable and accessible urbanity and community engagement. The synergy of strategic consulting, academic research and practical application in the field of sustainability forms the foundation of my professional identity. At a time when the climate debate and social inequalities are dominant issues, I believe in the power of collaboration.
