Thanks for stopping by and visiting my page. Although my page doesn\'t tell my whole story, I would like to tell you a bit about myself. I am an educator, motivational speaker, executive recruiter, and consultant. I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and believe diversifying our workforce builds fantastic companies. As an HBCU (B.A. & MPA) and Ivy League (Ed.D.) graduate, I\'ve had the opportunity to work with phenomenal people from all walks of life. My experience began in education, working nationally with Minority Serving Institutions and educational institutions broadly. From there, I moved into the executive recruiting space, placing leaders at colleges and universities and executives at private equity and venture capital-backed tech companies. In addition to the abovementioned roles, I started my consulting firm Will Anyu Speaks, to support institutions and organizations passionate about education, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. 1. Senior Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager

   As the Senior Program Manager for Equity, Research, and Development at GoGuardian, I am passionately driving transformative change under the umbrella of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging department. In this inaugural role, I co-lead the Equity, Research, and Development (ER & D) team, spearheading initiatives that have a profound impact on education and society at large. One of my proudest achievements is the creation of Project Equity Connect, a groundbreaking endeavor aimed at combating the devastating learning loss caused by the COVID-19 pandemic through targeted tutoring interventions. Through the development of this initiative, I forged strong partnerships with K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and external stakeholders to realize this vision. Additionally, in my role I often collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that principles of equity and inclusion are deeply embedded in our products. My team has charted an ambitious year-round ER & D roadmap and crafted compelling proposals for special projects, including AI-enabled LLM prototypes developed during a company-wide hackathon. Beyond these milestones, I am unwavering in my commitment to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the GoGuardian ecosystem. Additionally, I play a crucial role in advancing research initiatives that inform our DEIB projects. As a dedicated leader and active member of our employee resource group, I\'m continuously fostering camaraderie and engagement, enhancing company morale, and building a more inclusive culture throughout the organization. Together, we are making a profound difference, one project at a time.
