Scientific Responsibilities: Design and development of new synthetic methods for API and PRD projects & their key components. Optimization of Process: In terms of operation, time-cycle, achieving targeted quality, improving yields, reducing the cost and maximize throughput. Scale-up activities: Demonstration of lab process in pilot plant and production. Trouble shooting: During development of projects at both R&D and scale-up execution. Taking necessary corrective action followed by suggesting preventive action to the team. Building technical skills in team members by guiding & encouraging them. Providing scientific/technical reports to both coordinating departments and client for smooth execution of projects. Ensured “The Value Addition” to the projects by scientific and technical improvement. Managerial responsibilities: Leader ship activities: Attaining co-operative relationship among the team members and building confidence in team. Regular communication (E-mails and teleconferences) to clients about project updates. Proactively initiating various tasks in order to meet the timelines of project delivery with specified quality standards. Coordinating with various departments such as business development (BD), analytical department, manufacturing, QC & QA, finance, purchase, HR, administration, for both scientific and managerial purposes.
