Most modern problems persist not because of a lack of effort or intent, but because they are approached using outdated mental models.My training began in dentistry at Jamia, where the focus was on fixing what was immediately visible. It deepened at TISS Mumbai, where I began unpacking how outcomes are shaped less by individual actions and more by the systems surrounding them. Inside government, as a CMGGA Fellow, this became unmistakable: India does not suffer from a shortage of talent - it struggles with structural clarity.Since then, my work has focused on understanding how systems actually function, where they break down, and what needs to change for them to work more effectively.Today, I work with institutions and organisations on restructuring systems and execution - particularly in environments involving scale, multiple stakeholders, and high ambiguity. My work spans health systems, MSMEs, textile clusters, founder-led organisations, and government-linked ecosystem projects.Alongside my role at Cresco Hub, I analyse and write about the deeper forces shaping how India operates:* why workplaces feel persistently overwhelming* why healthcare outcomes hinge more on behaviour than biology* why policy intent often collapses during execution* why MSMEs remain stuck in firefighting despite ambitionI am typically engaged when problems are messy, responsibilities are diffused, and existing structures are no longer holding.
