Strategically leading the Community Programme portfolio across 10 Asian countries with a focus on family strengthening, health, education, WASH, youth skilling, child protection, gender equality, and emergency response to prevent child–family separation.• Mentored and guided team members across 10 Member Associations in the Asia region to ensure high-quality implementation of Community and Family Strengthening Programmes (FSP).• Providing on-site, supportive supervision to project teams throughout the region to enhance and scale state-of-the-art Community and Family Strengthening (FS) programmes.• Offering techno-managerial support for short-term, mid-term, and long-term programme strategies, aligned with the SDGs, global frameworks, and SOS policies.• Guiding teams to rollout of innovative projects in areas such as social impact assessment, results-based management, programme quality assurance, cross-functional audits, external certifications, and programme reviews.• Spearheading strategic advocacy initiatives for FSP, resulting in strengthened governmental engagement and recognition of FSP in priority countries.• Representing Community and Family Strengthening initiatives at various global and regional SOS federation platforms, showcasing best practices from the Asia region.• Designing and implementing employee engagement planning and aligning with their CSR initiatives across Asian countries.• Developed successful project proposals and secured grants to expand the Community-based Family Strengthening Programme portfoliofor SOS programmes in Nepal, Laos, Bangladesh, India, and other countries.
