   For years, my brother Ali Saad and I lived every challenge of running and growing a dental practice. We practiced, ran the business, and built a DSO—working through staffing shortages, juggling fragmented “solutions,” and trying everything from outsourcing RCM to piecing together partial automations. Nothing truly solved the problem.Until now.Together with our co-founder Vasant Kearny- a pioneer in dental automation—we built Onlay, the first true end-to-end automation for the business side of dentistry.
