Good at Leadership, Developing & Nurturing Relationship, Positive Attitude, Analytical & Logical Approach, Effective Communication, Moderated Convincing Power & Negotiation Skills.During lockdown, when others were struggling to find out how to teach online, and even the computer department teachers were also not aware about the platforms to be used, I was the first in the whole school to start Online Teaching, and that too, it was two-way interactive teaching. This was even shared and recognized by the then Principal Mr. Shankarsingh Adhikari in the Bhavsinhji Hall during all teachers meet. • I have designed “Student Administration software” for L.C.C. Rajkot.(2001) • I have submitted my research paper of Statistics in State Level Conference on “Gujarat State Education Research Association” in 2002. • I have submitted my research paper on “E-business in Indian Context” in UGC Sponsored National Conference on Emerging Global Issues in Management Innovation organized by Department of Business Management, Saurashtra University, Rajkot, on 2nd April, 2014. • Two Research Papers published in ISBN Magazine. • Baba Saheb Ambedkar University Certified Guide for M.Ed. and M.A. Education. • Initiated EMF Club at The Rajkumar College, Rajkot, in collaboration with ISBF, learning Centre of London School of Economics and Political Science and Kingstone University, London. • Initiated Career Counselling Department at The Rajkumar College, Rajkot. • Served as a coordinator for 2 different Teacher’s Training Program organized by R.K.
