As a Principal Psychologist in the Community Mental Health Team, I provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence‑based interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to embed psychologically and trauma-informed care across the service.I also supervise and mentor psychologists, trainees, and colleagues, supporting reflective practice and building capacity within the team. My role involves consultation, service development, and quality improvement, ensuring our work is both clinically effective and person-centered.Drawing on my experience across community settings, including sheltered housing, charities supporting carers, services for children with additional needs, and the disabled community. I bring a systems-informed perspective to supporting wellbeing in stretched services.
