I’m passionate about inspiring people to design a life and career they truly love. As the Regional Director of the Small Business Development Center in Watertown, I have the privilege of working alongside entrepreneurs who are launching, growing, and funding their businesses. Every day, I collaborate with local lenders, economic development teams, and community leaders who share a common goal, building stronger, more resilient local economies.Entrepreneurs are the superheroes of our communities, and being surrounded by people with bold dreams is where I thrive.In addition to my SBDC work, I teach at the undergraduate and MBA level, where I help emerging leaders and innovators strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills. My approach is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and real-world application, encouraging students to think boldly, lead authentically, and act with purpose. Watching them grow into confident, capable leaders is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.I’m intentional about the relationships I build and the mentorship I provide.
