Lead end user meetings and present high-level deliverables to Senior Management and others• Work with the Division Director and Team Lead to determine strategic plan for the Center and specific offices• Assessing business needs for workflow, reporting, and other important areas (such as, collecting requirements, and conducting project/product management) for information technology (IT) modernization initiatives• Supported successful source selection for Governance and Policy (H&O) contract support and performing duties as COR for awarded contracts• Establish strong working relationships with system users and stakeholder office leadership.• Drive the agile delivery of user-centric technology solutions.• Link technology requirements to business needs, current work processes, and anticipated future work processes.• Conduct business process mapping and validation, analysis, and re-engineering.• Continuously keep users informed of progress and issues regarding key development activities.• Work cooperatively with internal and external personnel to anticipate business needs, and identify current requirements, and develop innovative solutions.• Business process improvement/modernization• Data discrepancy investigation and data analysis• Creates, reviews, and provides recommendations to acquisition and milestone documentation in support of Cloud Collaboration product Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Executive (PPBE) Processes.• Conducts gap analysis regarding program requirements to ensure cost baseline is accurate and defendable.• Writes Statements of Work or Performance Work Statements.• Evaluates cost estimation, budget and EVM report to compare the actuals and variance monthly.
