Based on HHS-OIG guidance, design, oversee, monitor implementation of compliance framework for commercial and manufacturing affiliates in India - Amneal Healthcare Private Limited, Amneal Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, Amneal Oncology Private Limited, RAKS Pharma Private Limited• Create necessary policies/procedures in accordance with relevant global & local laws, regulations (ABAC, FCPA, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, UCPMP, UCMDMP, NMC, CCS, others)• Evaluate policies/procedures, identify gaps that may need revision of or new policies & procedures• Through Compliance Committee meetings & S & OPs, advise CEO, board members, senior leaders on compliance risks associated with strategic & operational decisions• Design, oversee, monitor & implement- Charter for Compliance Committee- Annual training & communication plans- Effective open lines of communication to reduce potential for fraud or violation- Risk remediation matrix to bring about consistent approach in enforcing compliance standards- RnR program to incentivize compliant behavior & performance- Internal monitoring plans to assess risks & effectiveness of internal controls- Annual audit plans• Investigate reported cases for violations if any & take appropriate action• Improve operational efficiency through collaboration with stakeholders to - Develop compliance tools by leveraging technology to build robust governance mechanisms- Facilitate implementation of innovative HCP & Patient interaction programs- Ensure third party engagements thorough due diligence completion- Ensure business in emerging markets comply with applicable Global Sanctions- Monitor Government interactions- Monitor implementation of social media initiatives to improve corporate & brand visibility • Work in close association with internal, external & sanctions counsel • Act as active POSH & ERG member for organization & refine DEI strategies• Devise, monitor & review KPIs of Compliance Officers
