Current Job Responsibilities: Keeping continuous track of new approvals & evaluating them for relevant launch opportunities. Evaluating product proposals, business case and strategy of product and provide decision on launch. Introduce different cross functional teams about upcoming projects through visual presentation. Work with portfolio and marketing to ideate and select, opportunities from existing portfolio. Identify project stake holders and build project team, set and explain project timeline and baseline. Arranging or attending different meetings/telecoms Support portfolio in evaluating white spaces in portfolio and provide recommendations. Support evaluation of all new ideated products for all geographies and the leverage plans in place/common development right from the beginning. Prepare and maintain project plan and/or different projects documents like Project Planner, Charter, Costing reports, Trackers and provide weekly/monthly updates to higher management. Releasing PR/PO active, raw, packing material, outsourced finished products as per project plan. Prepare weekly/monthly reports of all ongoing projects and report the same to seniors/management. Closely communicate with vendors/contractors/customers/partners and ensure required approvals, clearances, orders, deliverables, change proposals are on track. Reviewing business and quality agreement with vendors, partners and customers. Monitor project inventory/resources continuously and prepare salvage plan before project closure. Evaluate necessity of permission required to import/export different API/RMs/Finished Products
