Mr. Radwan is the General Manager of the Palestinian National Internet Naming Authority which is the entity responsible for managing all aspects of the Palestinian top-level-domain, known as the.ps domain, on the Internet. Mr. Radwan was involved deeply with the initial steps of establishing PNINA and setting up the procedural, legal, technical and other aspects of the registration as well as the governing authority. His duties include but are not limited to: • Managing the daily tasks of the PNINA registration unit and overseeing PNINA operation including administrative, technical, and financial and human resources issues. • Strategic planning, Marketing & Business Planning. • Formulating and implement cohesive network design and implementation strategies, • Setting, meeting and reporting budgets to PNINA BoD. • Developing and implementing DNS management best practices and international DNS and network operating standards, security, and capacity and disaster recovery planning. • Reporting technology updates, new trends, strategy changes and domain name disputes to PNINA Board of Directors.
