ABOUT MARTINE DEHLINGER-KREMER

I hold a PhD in Sciences from J.W. Goethe University in Francfort, a Diploma of Advanced Study in Neurophysiology from Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, and a Master of Sciences from Université Moulin de la Housse in Reims.I am a committed advocate for children and special patient populations, with more than 30 years of experience in global drug development, regulatory strategy and pediatric research. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a clear and consistent goal: to ensure that safe and effective treatments are accessible to every child, everywhere, for every condition. In December 2025, I joined UCB Biosciences as Senior Development Strategy Lead Pediatrics within the Department of Special Patient Populations. In this role, I advise and support the implementation of cross-functional development strategies to accelerate global access to innovative therapies for children.Beyond UCB, I remain actively engaged in advancing pediatric drug development internationally. I co-chair the European Forum for Good Clinical Practice (EFGCP) Children’s Medicines Working Party, serve on both the EFGCP Board and the International Children’s Advisory Network (iCAN) Board, and am a member of the EFPIA Pediatric Working Group as well as the PhRMA Pediatric Working Group. I also contribute to the TOPRA Pediatrics Special Interest Network, and support patient-centric, harmonized regulatory approaches through ACT EU and Enpr-EMA initiatives. My work has been recognized internationally, including being named one of PharmaVOICE’s 100 Most Inspiring People in Life Sciences and receiving the TOPRA Award for Regulatory Excellence in 2025. I firmly believe that the future of pediatric drug development lies in innovation, collaboration and empathy. Together, we can ensure that children are never left behind in the progress of science.
