Development of three nursing programs, traditional BSN, BS/BA to BSN, and RN to BSN, including curriculum development. • Prepares and delivers instruction, setting students high and challenging academic standards in assigned modalities (including classroom, clinical, hybrid, online, etc.)• Prepares instructional materials such as lectures, presentations, lab sessions, clinical and cooperative arrangements• Uses various learning assessments to evaluate student mastery of course and program outcomes• Provides feedback on student’s progress in a timely manner to facilitate academic success• Prepares and submits required documentation, including course syllabi, student attendance, final course grades, and other information as requested or required by the university• Maintains professional development/growth according to personal needs and requirements for certification.• Participates in appropriate committees and task forces as assigned; may be assigned duties as an academic advisor or faculty advisor to a student club or organization; works in the Academic Skills Center; and/or mentors other faculty.• Performs other job-related duties and projects as assigned to support the University’s mission, core values, and goals.• Assist in CCNE accreditation.
