2nd Chance is a social enterprise of Ashes To Gold providing learning workshop opportunities and new skills for clients, through recycling and \'upcycling\' of donated household furnishings.These are then made available for resale to the public at affordable prices with all the profit the work of the charity.The benefit to the community is an active engagement with those looking to rebuild their lives after experiencing crisis, trauma or circumstantial change.Clients discover an increase in confidence and motivation, learn new skils and realise the possibilities ahead.The environment benefits from less waste going to landfill sites and customers get good quality low cost home furnishings
