Dr. Shoukry is an experienced CEO specialized in development and project planning. Dr. Shoukry also is specialized in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on energy saving, air quality, power generation, project management with heavy construction, mechanical design and energy analysis of projects with large budget. He has more than twenty five years of experience in project management, mechanical design for large projects that include multi-disciplines like architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental assessment, civil and cost estimates. He is also a project manager for numerous multi-disciplines complex facility projects; some of these projects totaled more than $1B (US) in construction costs. He has successfully designed and completed the construction of facilities for different applications such as but not limited to R&D, industrial, recreation, commercial, medical offices, mission critical facility, educational and DoD facilities. He has been involved in technical training of mechanical engineers, solving complex engineering problems on site for large projects and personally involved in strategic marketing planning. Dr. Shoukry earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, Mechanical and Aerospace Department and he is registered professional engineer in California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, Washington and Ohio. Lately, TWA Engineering Group has just finished a project for a DA office at Riverside county. The project was unique as County required to address COVID 19 spread though the HVAC system. TWA used a new patent tested by the US Army to stop the circulation of viruses through the HVAC system. Project was completed on schedule and within budget. We would like to implement the same design for other projects as this is a new idea and can be very helpful for many facilities and help in opening up the society. In addition, it can help in minimizing operation risks due to not only COVID 19 but also for any viruses spread.
