Dr. Mariya Dvoskina is a licensed psychologist and Certified Threat Manager (CTM) specializing in Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM), targeted violence prevention, and crisis response. She brings over a decade of experience advising corporations, educational institutions, and law enforcement agencies on complex threat cases, risk mitigation, and multidisciplinary incident coordination.Dr. Dvoskina has extensive crisis response experience, including mass casualty deployments. She has supported organizations through complex, rapidly evolving incidents where clinical insight and operational decision-making intersect. She regularly serves as a real-time consultant for urgent, high-stakes situations requiring rapid risk assessment, de-escalation strategy, and coordinated intervention.A national speaker and trainer, Dr. Dvoskina presents regularly at ATAP, IACP, and other major conferences and has contributed to peer-reviewed literature and publications in her field.
