I am also committed to actively promoting and representing the full range of LICOR Biosciences products.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Support- Assess customer needs and present tailored product solutions- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations- Assist sales teams with technical expertisePost-Sales Support- Provide training, troubleshooting, and support to optimize product use- Help customers integrate products into workflowsScientific & Technical Expertise- Collaborate with customers, KOLs, and HCPs to refine applications and customize product use- Provide expert consulting to ensure optimal product performance- Gather feedback to drive product improvementsCustomer Relationship Management- Build long-term relationships with customers, KOLs, and HCPs, advocating for their needs- Promote customer retention and business growthMarket & Product Knowledge- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and healthcare advancements- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and applicationsCollaboration with Internal Teams- Support product management, business development, and marketing efforts- Create technical content for sales and marketing strategiesFieldwork & Travel- Travel to customer sites for consultations, training, and troubleshooting- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
