I am a Public Health professional having more than 32 years rich experience in corporate, Govt, Public and international social development sector in the domain of Community Health care.I have worked as Project Lead in( AIIMS ) ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES working in UNICEF supported Health and Nutrition project for PVTGs in Odisha state.I have excellent program management skill,HR managementskill, administration skill aswellas projectManagement skills in relation to Public health.I have extensive field level experience and expertise in the area of MCH,RCH,Adolescent health,HIV/AIDS,Familyplanning,TuberoculosisControl,PreschoolEducation,WomenEmpowerment,Gender & Equity,LocalGovernace,Livelihood, & Sustainability Development issues as well as in the various areas of Community healthcare activities.Other than CARE, I have worked in reputed large Public sector Undretakings organisations like Hindustan Latex Ltd (Govt. Of India Undertaking)and Indian Immunologicals of NationalDairyDevelopmentBoard of GOI and multinational Pharmaceutical companies like Gufic Ltd and Systopic Lab limited in different senior responsible positions.Further, I have also worked as a Management Consultant in European commission funded Sector investment program (Reproductive & Child Health) of Health dept. of Govt.of Madhya pradesh.My interest are strategic planning and operationmgt,Training & Development, strategic planning,research,teaching, corporate training,advocacy & Govt.Liaison.I am expertise in Adolescent health, Life skill education and social marketing also.
