Compliance & Liaison:Ensure adherence to statutory medical obligations under applicable laws.Liaise with regulatory bodies (Factory Inspector, Certifying Surgeon), local hospitals, and healthcare providers.Offer medico-legal advice and assist with CSR health initiatives.Maintain regular communication with HR and EHS leadership at the plant and corporate levels.5. Reporting & Communication:Submit monthly reports detailing OHC performance, medical cases, and health trends.Immediately report critical illnesses, accidents, or medical emergencies to the concerned authorities.Maintain cordial relationships with employees, union representatives, and management.
