I\'m a passionate teacher, trainer, mentor, researcher and a personal growth alchemist. With over a decade and a half plus of enriching experience in teaching and research, I am currently serving as a Member, Board of Studies at VTU and work as an Associate Professor in the MBA Department at RNSIT. I teach courses in Micro & Macro Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Law and Industrial Psychology. With a doctorate in management studies, I\'ve vast experience in publishing in journals of repute and undertake data analysis tasks for those pursuing research and help individuals navigate other aspects of research seamlessly.I have been instrumental in securing funded projects from the Government of India and have impacted policymaking at a macro-level. I take keen interest in mentoring and institutional and learner quality enhancement. In my free time, I evince keen involvement in cooking, scripting and quizzing. I conduct Business Quiz competitions on a regular basis.I have in depth experience in Accreditation and have coordinated NBA visits to successful results.
