ABOUT MANJARI SHARMA

As an Associate Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, I bring over 15 years of teaching experience across various universities in Asia. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Economic Administration & Financial Management from the University of Rajasthan, complemented by an MBA in Finance & Marketing, M.Com, and B.Com.My research interests are focused on stock market volatility and investment strategies, with a secondary emphasis on investor behavior. I have authored several academic papers and book chapters on these topics, and I am proud to have co-authored the books \"Innovative Pedagogy: A Beginner\'s Guide to Modern Teaching Strategies\" and \"WealthWise: Lessons from India\'s Warren Buffett\" with Sharad Gupta. Additionally, I have authored \"Lessons in Behavioral Finance from Day-to-Day Investors\" and \"Frauds of the Past, Lessons for the Future: A Student-Led Journey through the World of Auditing.\"In my administrative roles, I serve as the Coordinator for the Office of International Affairs and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at CHRIST University. I am also an Innovation Ambassador, actively involved in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among students.I have a passion for innovative pedagogy and have been experimenting with hands-on learning experiences since 2011. My initiatives include organizing various student activities and workshops aimed at enhancing practical skills and critical thinking.Beyond academia, I have coordinated global immersion programs and signed MOUs with international educational institutions to provide students with global exposure. My commitment to academic excellence and student development drives my continuous efforts to integrate sustainability and innovation in business education.
