About Manish Jain
I am the Director (Collaborations) at JECRC University, a leading institution in the education sector. With a PhD in Computer Engineering from MNIT-Jaipur (an institute of National Importance) and 21 years of experience in the industry, I have a strong background in research, software development, higher education administration, and regulatory affairs. My mission is to bridge the gap between academia and industry while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in education.As a Director (Collaborations), I am responsible for establishing strategic alliances with industry & corporate leaders, setting up centers of excellence, facilitating training and placement programs, and enhancing corporate branding. I led the successful effort to secure the prestigious 12B Status from UGC for JECRC University, representing the institution in all related matters. Also, actively leading the set up of \'Off Campus\' of JECRC University at Alwar/NCR. I frequently engage with various government regulators, keep myself updated with the latest policies & guidelines including that of NEP-2020, and contribute at my workplace for meeting the compliance standards, while also unlocking opportunities for research funding and academic growth.I am also a Mentor of Change at NITI Aayog, guiding ATL scholars on contemporary technologies and entrepreneurship. My research contributions include multiple publications in SCI and Scopus-indexed journals, externally funded projects from the Ministry of Electronics & IT and the Ministry of Science and Technology, and in-person physical participation in renowned international conferences in Malaysia, Thailand, Maldives, Hong Kong, and China.
