   IASE Deemed University, Gandhi Vidya Mandir, Sardarshahar, Rajasthan, India has launched a Hydra-headed Interdisciplinary Research Project on peace and Harmony (http://existentialharmony.org/). Approximately 100 interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research projects would be undertaken under the guidance of eminent professors and Research scholars.The University has established Six Harmony chairs (Harmony Professors) to co-ordinate these projects namely Chair of Philosophical Harmony, Religious Harmony, Harmony through Science & Technology, Social Harmony, Political Harmony & Media and Harmony. This will be followed by a World Conference on Existential Harmony 2014-15 to explore the philosophy of Existential Harmony. In pursuance of this objective, an International Seminar on ‘Teacher Education for Peace and Harmony’ was organized in February, 2012 This seminar elicited an enthusiastic response from renowned Educationist, spiritual luminaries and experts working in the area of peace and Harmony.In Reference to above mentioned Multi-Disciplinary-Interdisciplinary Research Project, I have been permitted to conduct a comparative Research Project related to Peace Study Syllabus on the topic “Content Analysis of the Peace Study Syllabuses” of the Eight South Asian Association Regional Co-operation (SAARC) countries (India, Sri-lank a, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Maldives).
