I am a Sr. Physiotherapist, Ergonomics trainer and a Certified Pregnancy fitness educator,Certified Pilates Instructor,Certified Manual therapist, Certified Lactation Counselor with 16+years of physical therapy experience. I have aligned my passion for helping people and to offer compassionate care by providing treatment to variety of patients.In this field of patient care, I have been conducting several workshops and training sessions:1.Corporate ergonomic sessions for around a deacade (8 years) which include Fortune India 500 companies like Wipro ltd and Tata consultancy services & other multi-national corporations being Boston scientific, Bank of America, Pepsico,Suzuki, Huawei,Lupin and others. These sessions were targeted to provide solution to employees with Musculoskeletal disorders thereby helping in staying fit, increasing productivity, preventing workplace injuries and avoiding illness costs.2. Antenatal workshops for pregnant mothers to understand their pregnancy, myths associated, effects of posture on baby and self health, Role and importance of exercises for normal delivery, a healthy and pain-free journey during the phase.3. Resource person to various webinars on Women health, PCOD, Lactating mothers, Fitness and Good posture for leading Corporates, viz: KPMG,HCL,Citibank, Escorts, Cadence,Cordlife India etc.4. Panelist on webinars conducted by Menopause society and ICOG on women health viz, Pelvic floor dysfunction, Bone strength in menopause etc.Specialities/Expertise: Neurology,Musculoskeletal, Women Health.Expertise in treating PCOD,Infertility,Dysmenorrhea,Vulvodynia,Dyspareunia,Pelvic floor dysfunctions.
