Well.….I believe in \"The Energy of Mind is the Essence of Life\".…i.e.\"Fill your mind with Bhakti, Gnana of Lord Vishnu (Sarvotthama) and Vairagya from all materialistic things\", which leads to growth of life towards personnel and career.…i.e. positive energy positive results! Objective is to give this world good energy! and reach the goals.… Award of Appreciation as a speaker at “Amplifying Voices, Igniting Ideas: Read Aloud, Think Critically, Innovate Boldly”, for students held at Chitkara University, Rajpura, Punjab Campus on 07 February 2025 (World Read Aloud Day). Award of Appreciation as an Organizer, for the expert session on \"Power System Stability: Harnessing Innovations and Technology for a Sustainable Grid\" was held on 5th February 2025 at Chitkara University, Rajpura, Punjab Campus. Award of Appreciation as an organizer in the” National Symposium on Engineering Sustainability: Integrated Building Solutions”, held at Chitkara University Institute of Engineering & Technology – Applied Engineering (CUIET-AE) on January 28th, 2025. Award of Appreciation as an organizer in “National Symposium on Towards Zero Emissions: Innovations in EVs for a Sustainable Future”, for students and faculty members, Applied Engineering (CUIET-AE) on December 20th, 2024. Dr. Mamatha Sandhu is presently working as Professor at Department of Electrical Engineering, Chitkara University of Institute and Technology, Punjab campus. She has a total 26 and half years of experience out of which 2 years are in IT and 2 and half years of Industrial experience. Dr. Mamatha Sandhu earned her Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University Visvesvaraya college of Engineering, Bangalore, Karnataka and Master of Power Electronics from University Visvesvaraya college of Engineering, Bangalore, Karnataka and her Ph.D. from Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh. Up till now she has guided more than 100 students for BE and 10 students for master’s degree and 2 pursuing ph.D students. She has more than 40 Research Articles and Eight patents Published and Three Patents Granted in her credit. Her areas of specialization are Power Electronics, Power quality, Multilevel Inverter, Microgrids, renewable energy resources, MPPT techniques, ANN and GA Techniques and Algorithms.
