Working for the Store Development and Operations Director. Tasked to create an Operations Leadership Academy to deliver a pipeline of regional manager capability to fuel Coles’ turnaround and growth strategy. Piloted in 2010 with subsequent excellent feedback ensured program run seven times, evolving continuously content and effectiveness to enable inclusion of store development leadership team and eventually delivering ninety senior manager ‘alumni’. • Recent high level internal promotions to General Manager all from Academy \'alumni\'• Designed and delivered the \'Retail Leaders 4 Academy\' to prepare high potential managers moving from single to multi-site roles. Focus on accelerating learning and providing the necessary skills to become immediately ‘effective’ in remote management. Relevance of the program coupled with excellent feedback enabled its evolvement to include high potential managers from within the support centre to be included on later programs
