My main achievements in this role include:• Researching and writing Moving with dignity – a handbook on a positive peace approach to migration for the Quaker Council of European Affairs. This work included developing a new approach to the management of the different stages of migration and identifying new strategies, policies and promising practices.• Teaching online and in-person. Examples include teaching conflict analysis and peacebuilding to young people in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo and developing interpersonal trust in community-based participatory research to researchers in COREnet.• Public speaking online. Examples include Moving with Dignity: Applying a Positive Peace Approach to Migration Policy as part of The Quaker Council of European Affairs online launch event and A Positive Peace Approach to Migration: Promising Practices in Europe in A World of Neighbours’ Learning and Exchange Webinar. In person launching events are planned for Brussels and London. • Research supervision. Examples include supervising interdisciplinary research projects on psychology and peacebuilding.
