As a research assistant on the C-SAFE project, a government initiative by the Andhra Pradesh government, I engage with mothers and hospital staff through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. My responsibilities include collecting stillbirth data, conducting qualitative and quantitative studies, and observing births and complications to inform healthcare improvements. Utilizing skills in data analysis, research design, and stakeholder engagement, I contribute to evidence-based decision-making. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, policymakers, and community stakeholders, I aim to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions. Ultimately, this project seeks to reduce stillbirth rates and improve maternal and child health outcomes in the region. Through this work, I hope to make a meaningful impact on public health policy and practice, enhancing the well-being of mothers and children in our community.\"
