ABOUT MADHUMITHA CHERUKUPALLY
As a Consultant and In-Charge of the Emergency Medicine Department at Midas Hospital, Nagpur, I have had the opportunity to build the department from the ground up, from establishing triage systems to allocating beds, standardising crash cart equipment, and ensuring essential medications and protocols are in place. My clinical foundation includes an MBBS and a Post-Graduation program in Emergency Medicine from Yashoda Hospital, Malakpet, one of the busiest and most advanced trauma and emergency units. To strengthen my leadership journey, I pursued an Executive MBA from the prestigious IIM Calcutta, where I learned and unlearned key principles in healthcare leadership, strategy, and operational excellence, and developed a growing interest in healthcare marketing. With this blend of clinical expertise and management training, I am now actively exploring administrative and leadership roles to contribute more meaningfully to hospital systems and healthcare delivery.
