As the Zonal Clinical Head at Clove Dental, I oversee the clinical operations, quality standards, Staffing and P&L of 16 Dental Clinics in the northern part of Bengaluru. I am responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental care to our patients, as well as the training and development of our dentists and staff. I am also involved in the strategic planning and execution of new initiatives and projects to enhance our services and expand our reach.I have a strong background in clinical dentistry and healthcare administration, with 14+ years of experience in the Indian Army. There, I treated patients of all age groups, procured and purchased equipments, and managed the administration and personnel of small to mid-scale healthcare establishments. I have completed Advanced Management Programme in Healthcare (AMPH) from the Indian School of Business, where I gained insights and skills in the latest trends and best practices in the healthcare industry. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of our communities, and I strive to lead by example, collaborate with others, and solve problems creatively.
