Manage relationships with external vendors, payroll service providers, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and resolve any payroll-related issues. Prepare and analyze payroll reports, metrics, and data to provide insights to leadership, support decision-making, and drive improvements in payroll operations. Conduct periodic audits and reviews of payroll processes, controls, and documentation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Act as a subject matter expert on payroll matters, providing guidance and training to stakeholders on payroll-related policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
