My lovely wife, The Brioche Lady, and I love brioches. She was born and raised in France. When she came to this country over 15 years ago, we could not find the brioches that she grew up eating in France. I have flown to France just for brioches but getting held up at Charles De Gaulle Airport with 2 luggages packed with only brioches is not my thing. Having my in-laws mail them from France is also not a sustainable strategy. My wife loves to bake and she knows I love to eat. Therefore, we started baking our own.
