With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and management consulting, I am a Principal Expert in Healthcare and Life Sciences at Siemens Advanta Consulting, where I help clients shape the future of health, work, and life. I have a medical degree and a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the Freie Universität Berlin - Charité. Three areas have been most exciting for me - the power of AI and digitalization to improve life, the long term perspective of sustainability to make mankind ready for the next centuries, and the power of the human mind, expressed by a growth mindset.
