I have over 35 years of experience in law enforcement, criminal justice, and security, with multiple certifications and publications in these fields. I am also a Founder at Horizon Leadership Career Coaching LLC, where I combine my passion for justice, education, and coaching to help others achieve their professional goals and protect their communities.
