About Komal Matode
I began my professional journey in homeopathy, where healing was intimate, personal and rooted in understanding the individual. But over time, I found myself asking deeper questions — about communities, systems and the broader forces that shape our health beyond the clinic walls. That curiosity led me to public health. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Public Health at the University of Hyderabad, with growing interests in epidemiology, noncommunicable diseases, biostatistics, health systems research, and health equity — particularly in understanding how data, systems, and human stories intersect to shape real-world health outcomes. Still learning. Always asking questions. I’m here to collaborate, contribute, and grow — with openness to ideas, conversations, and innovations that move us toward a more just and healthy world.
