ABOUT KOMAL BHASIN

I’ve spent my career sitting with complexity - in therapy rooms and boardrooms, with individuals and institutions, with what people carry privately and what organizations struggle to name publicly. The through line across all of it is the same: what’s happening on the inside always shows up on the outside, and real change requires working at both levels.For over twenty years I’ve advised organizations and coached leaders across sectors, working at the intersection of workplace mental health, inclusive leadership, and organizational complexity. My consulting is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and intersectional - it is both a framework I apply and a lens I can’t take off.After years of organizational work, I returned to clinical practice because I kept seeing what consulting alone couldn’t reach: people who were holding it together on the outside and quietly coming apart inside. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and the kind of disconnection that accumulates quietly over a long time.My clinical work integrates IFS, EMDR, ACT, and IFIO for couples, alongside somatic practices. I am also a Kundalini yoga teacher, and my work draws on contemplative traditions that predate any single therapeutic model.Based in Toronto.
