24 MMTPA LNG Plant with Export & Bunkering Marine Terminal):Senior member of the Project Management team; responsible for creating, implementing, and maintain Marine Scope for the LNG Project, Market research and business analysis in the fields of LNG marine shipping, LNGC Export, Bunkering, Terminal Operations, FSRU / FLNG / FSU, Large scale LNG, LNG as marine fuel, process safety, QRA risk management, technical procedures development, marine technology, GHG reduction, emissions control, environmental and other regulatory issues, data analysis, marine and offshore technology applications. CAPEX & OPEX optimisation, support the fast-track project execution activities and helps ensures the overall functional and technical integrity of the complete development system of the 15 BUSD project. Liaising and Coordinating activities between ADNOC Group of companies such as L&S, Operations, project management, FOIZ, EPC contractors and stakeholders to remediate problems that are encountered with interfaces between subsystems; Ensuring all risks to the integrated schedule related to project management are identified and that risk to schedule is assured through mitigation measures, Coordination of offshore, onshore and construction SIMOPS, with strong emphases on HSSE activities. Dispute & Conflict resolution, responsible for the maritime design activities of the maritime infrastructure, Ports, Container Terminals, Breakwaters, Harbours, Docks, Mooring Dolphins, Quay-Walls, Jetty’s, LNG Terminals, Oil Terminals; Direct involvement with all project management planning and risk management. Mentoring and training of indigenous professional development engineers on marine, port development, interfaces and project management activities. Managing FEED and Detailed Design Activities, ensuring that the project follows project management system and complies with relevant assurance processes, development and implementation of Interface Management System for the marine & offshore.
