Lead the district’s Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) and responsible for curriculum, instruction, student support,special education, and leadership while managing $3.9 Million in grant funds and $4.2 Million in local funds.• Spearheading a multi-year focus on literacy, resulting in growth in teacher/administrator practice and studentsachieving expected or higher than expected growth in student performance on state tests going from 75% to 85%-Partnering with district and school administrators to support a comprehensive focus on Math instruction, coupled with a materials adoption process, which is yielding increases in the percent of students achieving expected or higher than expected growth in Math on the state test going from 76% to 86%.• Using data to build and extend a foundation in equity-centered on-track capacity development work focused on improving graduation rates and student achievement, resulting in an increase in our 9th grade on-track rate from 68%to 91% and an increase in our 4-year cohort graduation rate from 83% to 90%.• Partnering with principals and the ILT to develop a comprehensive curriculum strategy that includes all core subjects,is informed by stakeholder feedback and focused on three key areas: teaming, curriculum & assessment, and planningfor instruction.• Improving access to advanced academic programming resulting in significant increases in the number of students earning college credit in the following programs: Advanced Placement from 46 to 158, Dual Credit from 302 to 328, Early College from 24 to 51, and International Baccalaureate from 0 to 10.
