ABOUT KEVIN EBERLY

As a senior operations leader, I am passionate about leading and enhancing top-shelf organizations. With a strong background in manufacturing operations, total quality management systems, and continuous process improvement, I strive for excellence for both myself and the teams I lead.A strong proponent of lifelong professional development, I earned a Doctor of Management degree in organizational leadership. I leverage the knowledge and practical skills gained in this rigorous program every day. I also champion both formal and informal opportunities to build the capabilities of both management and front-line teams. I relish the challenge of transforming strong organizations into best-in-class powerhouses of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Through my tenure at both Superior Trim and Findlay Industries, I both directly oversaw day-to-day plant operations and identified ways to continually strengthen production, team, and financial performance. Examples of my impact include: Teams that outperformed all KPIs including labor costs, scrap reduction, and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS). Three enterprise-wide quality and environmental certifications (TS-16949, and TS-1400). Millions in annual savings across labor, cost, and materials. 35% increase in production productivity and 20% decrease in production lead time. Multiple awards from customers and partners for best-in-class supplier management. I take a systems-thinking approach to identifying and pursuing improvements to multi-site operations. My ability to surface root causes, ask thought-provoking questions, and notice patterns enables me to chart a course forward and deliver lasting, measurable improvements to the way we operate. I anticipate obstacles and remain agile in the face of quickly evolving business and market circumstances. With a motivational, future-focused leadership style, I create positive workplace cultures that engage both senior leaders and front-line unionized workforces. My passion for training led me to serve as an adjunct instructor at both Brown Mackie College and Owens Community College, where I instructed diverse learns in the concepts and practical application of business administration.
