I\'ve been an adjunct professor at Friends University since 2016 and have provided lectures for different classes, including, but not limited to, supply chain, operations, global business, Six Sigma, etc. In 2023, I joined Wichita State University as a lecturer for Operations Management. In my spare time, I volunteer and serve on non-profit organizations to advocate for and support their missions, visions and values. I am a board member and will be the president of the Institute Supply Management (ISM), Wichita Chapter for the \'24-25 calendar year, and a treasurer for Children 1st: CEO of Kansas, where I joined both organizations in 2019. I am grateful to hold a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma Certification through the Management Strategy Institute (MSI).
