As the founding director of the Tiffin University Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change program, I will be working with professional adults who wish to pursue a Ph.D. while continuing their careers. Adult professionals are a very underserved demographic within doctoral studies. This group works in an environment where cross-cultural knowledge is the new economic currency. Often times they are excluded from gaining the doctoral level knowledge to become the critical thinkers within their organizations and lead needed change and growth in today\'s rapidly changing world. The Tiffin University Ph.D. program will provide the gateway for new opportunities.
