ABOUT KATIE CUNNAH
I apply organisational psychology and evidence‑based practice to real‑world workplace challenges, helping organisations strengthen wellbeing, engagement and sustainable performance. My scientific focus includes career decision‑making, occupational stress, mental health, EDI, systemic inequalities, and moral injury at work. All this plays into my motivation to help people and teams understand what drives them, what holds them back, and what enables them to thrive.Drawing on experience both before and within academia, I work across sectors to translate research into practical tools and meaningful change. Through my roles with Arrisan and The Workplace Collective, I design and facilitate training, and insights‑driven interventions that support healthier, more inclusive and more effective workplaces.
