Katerina is a purpose-led executive and strategic operator shaping the future of clean energy. As Chief Operating Officer of Clean Planet Technologies and Clean Planet Foundation, and the Head of Global Offtake at Clean Planet Energy, she works across technology, policy, and partnerships to scale circular solutions that keep non-recyclable waste out of our environment and carbon out of our skies.With over 17 years of experience in upstream oil and gas, green fuels, and environmental innovation, Katerina has the rare ability to bridge the technical and the human. She has built global teams, launched breakthrough R&D programs, and delivered landmark commercial deals while staying deeply anchored in the mission.Curious by nature and collaborative by instinct, she leads with a mix of scientific rigour and emotional intelligence, connecting people, disciplines, and opportunities others might miss. Her journey from deepwater exploration to pioneering circular fuel tech is proof that leadership isn’t about staying comfortable, but it’s about staying committed.Katerina holds a PhD in Geology and an Executive MBA from London Business School, but her real edge lies in her ability to translate complexity into action.
