ABOUT KARSTEN GALIPP
With over 20 years of experience in infrastructure projects, including roads, railways, ports, and mine developments, I bring a strong background in both design and construction supervision within international environments. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at IL, I have overseen the supervision and design of infrastructure projects with budgets up to €210 million (construction supervision and management) and €400 million (design).For the past 16 years, I have specialized in the complexities of multi-faceted maritime and port projects across Europe, Asia, and Africa, serving in roles such as Project Director, Project Manager, and Contract Management Expert. My expertise includes managing contracts under the FIDIC Rainbow Suite and 2017 editions) and ENAA contract forms, as well as port planning and geotechnics. My proficiency in handling contractual matters has led to my inclusion on the FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators.I am passionate about my work, particularly in contract management. I am results-oriented, adaptive, and continually eager to expand my skills and knowledge.
