I am consistently contributing to teaching, research, student mentoring, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives. My core expertise lies in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Indian Ethos, and Indigenous Management Practices. I have taught across undergraduate and postgraduate programs and successfully guided research scholars. My contributions include assisting in developing a SWAYAM module titled \"Management Wisdom from Panchatantra\", authoring multiple book chapters on OB and HRM, and receiving the Research Excellence Award from IIMT University (2022–23).I have actively participated in and organized several Faculty Development Programs, including ATAL FDPs on Sustainability and AI, an NEP Orientation Programme by SRCC, and workshops on Bharatiya Management Education, emotional intelligence (EQIP), and spiritual leadership. I have presented papers at renowned conferences including Amity, and UCB International, covering diverse topics like AI in HR, Digital Marketing in Tourism, and Leadership Inspired by the Bhagavad Gita.
