I am a Gold Medalist healthcare professional (BHMS) and a results-driven business strategist with over 8 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, startup growth, HR transformation, and cross-functional team management.My journey began in clinical healthcare and evolved into strategic leadership — from being a Founder of a successful healthcare practice to leading operations in a Bangalore-based startup, and now heading HR Operations at Panache Healthneeds Pvt Ltd (Elle TENS India).
